Dr. Andrew Castello-Cortes, FRCA, FFICM

Born, educated and trained in England, I qualified from the Middlesex Hospital Medical School in London a long time ago, completed my junior training in Southend and Northampton hospitals, and my senior training based around St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, where I completed a fellowship in Chronic Pain. I have been Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust since 2002. I still enjoy my work, still learn new things and still care about it, which is a relief. I have a family, and still enjoy them, which is pleasantly surprising (teens…). I hope to be understood one day, so may yet get a dog.
